A good college education is necessary to be employed in the future. However, having a good education is starting to be difficult because of the increasing cost of post-secondary education, which is one of the problems in American education. Nowadays, a college degree is not an assurance of having a good job. In fact, a large number of college graduates are going back home because they do not have enough money to get student loans and cannot afford the cost of living.

Typical students need to work to pay for their college education and at the same time, they need to pay for the room and board fees, which are increasing steadily as well as the price for electric and food. Other problems in American education also include the minimum wage wherein students face a lot of financial challenges even outside the four walls of the classroom that can cause them to discontinue their education.

The K12 system is also one of the problems in American education because very few students are ready to function in the technological world we have today. Students must have more exposure to technology at an early age and some often say that the problems in American education can be resolved by taking a long-term glance at the ways citizens are ready for the demands in the future employments. It is necessary that K12 students need to have the kinds of jobs that are equal to their abilities.

With the problems in American education, students are in trouble because there will be more dropouts in the future. What the country needs are simple plans that have solutions, which can make the education system economical and implementation of methods that can actually work.
